Väike-Pärna is a modern log house perfect as a holiday home. It is located in Pilkuse which is only 5,5 km from Otepää. The holiday home is excellent for families and friends who are looking for privacy, peace and a restful time.
The house has a big lounge with fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (acccomodates 8 people), shower, toilet, washing machine and electric sauna with a little pond outside for swimming.
The spacious outdoor area is perfect for grilling and playing badminton in the summer.

The age restriction for renting the house is 21.
The holiday home cannot be used for school and class events.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
No internet connection.
